Oh how I love ice cream and who doesn’t? So creamy and cold which is perfect for the hot summer days and nights. This ice cream has a wonderful Latin flare. The texture of the fried bananas and Paçoca (just ground up peanuts and sugar candy) really make this recipe special. If you don’t have an ice cream maker you might want to get one this summer.

Try making your own ice cream with fresh fruit and vanilla beans. This ice cream only uses 3 ingredients, has no sugar added and still tastes amazing. You get a natural sweetness from the blueberries and vanilla beans add so much flavor to anything. If you can’t find vanilla beans vanilla extract will work but since you are skimping on the fat and calories it is really worth getting the beans. No ice cream maker needed either!

I had to look up what a Biscoff was and it is a European cookie that I’ve totally had before but had no idea the name until I saw the cookie packages. They are pretty good all by themselves but also a great way ingredient to sweeten these decadent muffins. Muffins can be healthy and these are healthy and delicious. A must make over and over again muffin.

This pie is absolutely gorgeous. I can see myself putting this out for a crowd or getting “ooh’s and ahh’s” as I place it on the dessert table at our next party. It is very rich yet so decadent you won’t mind at all. Serve it up with a nice cold glass of milk or warm cup of coffee.

Carrian got the idea for this recipe from one of her favorite Brazilian restaurants close to home. Though they are fried they are still not as bad as other fried or creamy desserts. Frying the bananas with a cinnamon and sugar bread crumb mix gives the exterior a wonderful crunch and then you get the creamy banana on the inside. Yummy!

Another twist on an old classic. The flavor profile in Snickerdoodle cookies are the perfect pairing for banana bread. I can’t wait to try out the cinnamon chips. Not something I’ve used in baking yet. Oh, so yummy and delicious. Great recipe I can’t wait to try.
