This recipe came straight from Italy. Marinate the chicken for 24 hours (we know that’s more than 15 minutes, but it’s just sitting for those 24 hours!) to infuse all those great flavors and then just sit back and know your elegant dinner is already half done.

Now this is really one clever recipe! Light and gluten free. Using the blender makes for easy clean up too. Serve with toasted nuts or frozen yogurt.

Quiche has long been a family favorite. It’s quick, easy and you can throw just about anything you have on hand in them to make them tasty and healthy. This recipe uses a pre-made frozen pie crust along with salty pancetta. If you haven’t heard of pancetta, it is a very tasty Italian alternative to using bacon or ham. Use low fat milk and low fat cheeses to lighten this up even more!

My daughter’s favorite food is chicken nuggets. It’s easy to grab and microwave the frozen ones but these are just as easy and way better for your family! Takes 22 minutes from start to finish. Serve with some spicy mustard or your family’s favorite condiment.

I have recently become in love with turkey burgers and southwest flavors are another one of my favorites. Ground turkey has very little flavor and dries out easily. This recipe includes feta cheese, bold spices and stays moist by using ground dark meat over the white meat. Fall in love with turkey burgers all over again!

When you think of Jambalaya, you probably think long cooking time and lots of ingredients. This recipe doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and is finished in 35 minutes without compromising flavor. This dish also is made all in one pot making clean up just as easy as the cooking!

I absolutely love Mexican dishes. They are packed with flavor and you can be as creative as you want with the ingredients. I tried this recipe a few months ago and it has become a new weeknight family favorite!

Here is a dish that screams elegant and yet it is so easy and quick. Just be sure when you are cooking the clams to throw out the ones that do not open because that means they have gone bad.

This recipe comes from the chef’s mother-in-law. It’s not only easy, but a great comfy meal for any size family. Reminds me of my Grandma’s homemade stuffed peppers just a lot easier and quicker!

Don’t let all the ingredients scare you off. This recipe is still super fast. You can also boost the flavor and cut out a few ingredients by using Saffron Roads Mikka Masala Simmer Sauce available in stores and online.
21. Dr. John La Puma – Mandarin Chicken With Almonds
This dish is very easy and packed with flavor and nutrition. Dr. La Puma says almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, the same type of health-promoting fats found in olive oil, which are associated with reduced risk of heart disease. If you don’t have time to prep the chicken, grab one at your local grocery store that is already roasted. Great way to get rid of leftover chicken as well.

This soup takes only 35 minutes from start to finish. Dr. La Puma also points out that when you chop or chew collard greens, you get the powerful, helpful chemicals isothiocyanates and indole-3-carbinol. They help your liver produce enzymes that detoxify cancer-causing toxins in your body. Also, use the firm tofu so it holds up to the liquid and gives the soup great texture.

I watch a ton of Food Network shows and Bobby Flay is one of my favorite chefs. This famous chef cooks up something super delicious in only 35 minutes. Try this dish and bring out the celebrity chef in you. Perfect for guests and they’ll never know how easy and quick it was to throw together!

Nachos are definitely in my top ten list of favorite things to snack on. I can easily eat an entire plate. With this recipe you can eat the entire plate and not feel that guilty! Next time you are hanging with the family watching movies or snacking on the weekends, make guiltless nachos and take the guilt out of eating this tasty treat!
